Physical Therapy Session

Service Description

Sessions are scheduled if physical therapy is recommended after an evaluation from this therapist or another therapy clinic. Sessions consist of therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities/play, and parent training/education. We are in-netowrk with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Humana out of network with all other insurance plans. If your plan is out of network, you will receive an invoice of payment that you can submit to your insurance carrier or utilize your health spending account.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that having children can sometimes lead to unexpected challenges and changes in schedules. Contact us 24 hrs in advance via email, text, or phone to reschedule your appointment. If you register for a class series and later find out that you are unable to attend please let us know 4-5 days in advance so we can offer your spot to another family.
