Moms & Babes: 4 Sessions

Service Description

Working together for more than 1 session allows you to customize your experience with both prenatal and postnatal sessions. Between preparing for baby, OB/GYN visits, and then pediatrician visits, we look to make relaxation and wellness a priority. This package is 4 total home visits (2 for mom pre-baby and 2 visits for mom and baby after delivery). Pre-Baby& Mom visits include gentle prenatal exercises, breathing techniques and developmentally appropriate baby product recommendations. Mom & Post Baby visits include relaxation, posture, and pelvic floor exercises for mom, and for baby, infant massage (taught to mom), calming strategies, and Torticollis/Flat Head syndrome prevention.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that having children can sometimes lead to unexpected challenges and changes in schedules. Contact us 24 hrs in advance via email, text, or phone to reschedule your appointment. If you need a refund for unused services, please contact us at alphakidsshine@gmail.com. Group Classes: Yay! Make up classes are allowed! If you register for a class series and later find out that you are unable to attend please let us know 4-5 days in advance so we can offer your spot to another family.
